Company Jiří Řebíček - Metalplast,s.r.o. has been established in 1992 as a buyout from National estate fund and replaced former tool shop of company KAROSA. Company began as a tool manufacturer focused on precise engineering. After that, tools were supplemented with plastic and rubber parts production. Currently, Jiří Řebíček – Metalplast,s.r.o. has 49 employees.
Company development
After first little steps in tool production for plastic and rubber injection, company management decided to extend the scope of activity and start to produce small plastic parts. This direction of future image suddenly spread vastly because of the new cooperation with companies ETA Hlinsko (electronics, consume) and ALKO Kober. In addition to these new partnerships, company Jiří Řebíček – Metalplast improved technology of plastic injection in order to comply with demanding requirements of big, exposed parts. After a successful entrance on the market, number of machine equipment in plastic production grew significantly.
In 1998, company Jiří Řebíček – Metalplast,s.r.o. established a new division – rubber parts production. This was another step to vision of creating a complex supply of plastics, rubber parts and their combinations with in-house verified quality.
As the company changed its image, the market orientation and company goals changed as well. As the time revealed, future of the company was automotive industry. Since 2003, exposed and technical parts designated for automobile manufacturers are inseparable parts of our portfolio.
In 2009, Jiří Řebíček – Metalplast has been changed to Jiří Řebíček – Metalplast,s.r.o.
Also in 2009, plans for a new production hall, which should cover whole production with administrative facilities, began. Construction works were finished in the beginning of 2014.
